Chuck Season 2 Episode 7: Chuck vs. the Fat Lady

GREEN EYED MONSTER—JORDANA BREWSTER AND TONY HALE GUEST STAR—Chuck (Zachary Levi) and Jill (guest star Jordana Brewster) are enjoying the honeymoon stage of their rekindled relationship. The two lovebirds plan a weekend getaway but have to cancel at the last minute when Casey (Adam Baldwin) and Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) inform Chuck that he is needed for an immediate mission to find corrupt agents in the CIA. Jealousy erupts when Jill finally meets Sarah and learns that Chuck and his handler must pose as a couple. Chuck does his best to reassure Jill that his relationship with Sarah is purely business but only finds himself in more trouble when his mission does not go as planned. Meanwhile, corporate efficiency expert Emmett (guest star Tony Hale) is out to get Chuck and interrogates Morgan (Joshua Gomez) to get some dirt on his best friend. Scott Krinsky, Vik Sahay and Julia Ling also star.



Emmett busts Morgan for using the Buy More’s home theater room after hours to “fraternize” with fellow employees.
Team Bartowski successfully completes a mission to steal a list of Fulcrum’s double agents within the NSA, but Fulcrum wants it destroyed before Casey or anyone else at the agency get their hands on it. A Fulcrum agent, Winterbourne, takes Jill hostage at the Museum of Natural History to get the list back from Chuck, resulting in some prehistoric damage.

JORDANA BREWSTER (“THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS”) and TONY HALE (”Arrested Development”) GUEST STAR—Chuck (Zachary Levi) runs into his ex-girlfriend Jill (guest star Jordana Brewster) while on a Nerd Herd call. In an attempt to save face, he lies to the girl who broke his heart and tells her that he is more successful than he really is. When Chuck flashes on Jill’s boss—a research scientist who may have developed a deadly bio-weapon, he, Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) and Casey (Adam Baldwin) must find out if Jill is involved. We flashback to 2003, and a new member of the Buy More team who has just spent his “break” from work driving down to Stanford to tell his girlfriend he still loves her. But Jill tells Chuck it’s over; she’s dating Bryce Larkin now.

Back in 2008, Chuck gets called in to help set up computers for a conference when who should arrive? Dr. Jill Roberts, the ex-girlfriend turned scientist. Just as she’s about to tell Chuck what he’s wanted to hear for 5 years, Jill’s boss shows up and whisks her away, but not before Chuck flashes on him in connection with bioweapons. Now Team Bartowski has to figure out what’s about to happen and stop a convention full of brilliant scientists from being the next test subjects for a virus. While Chuck plays the suave spy to get information from Jill, Sarah goes undercover as an Australian scientist and Casey tries to keep the plan together.

Last episode with Nicole Richie was great. Chuck got to know about Sarah, i mean "Jenny". Season 2 has grown very nicely in just 4 episodes, there has been lots of action in Chucks life and we also got to see a few sexy girls in action and not to forget the "Buy More" the most happening place, thanks to Morgan. Life in espionage takes its toll on Chuck (Zachary Levi) and everyone is taking notice. Chuck tries to explain his unusual behavior to Ellie (Sarah Lancaster) and to the quirky Buy More efficiency expert Emmett Milbarge (guest star Tony Hale), but a new assignment only complicates things. After a global terrorist comes searching for Jeff (Scott Krinsky), Chuck is forced to socialize with Jeff in order to find out what role the oddball plays in the mission. Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski), Casey (Adam Baldwin) and Chuck are all shocked when they discover that the fate of the world and the prevention of World War III rest in Jeff’s hands. Ryan McPartlin, Joshua Gomez, Vik Sahay, Ling and Mark Christopher Lawrence also star.

We flashback to 1983, when a much younger Jeff has just won the Moto Industries video game championship with his skill at Missile Command. Sporting a mullet and a mustache, our man Jeff has a pair of bikini-clad babes in his arms and a reporter asking him what’s next. Um…

Back to present day, a crippling virus is sweeping through the Moto Industries computers. Chuck and Casey attempt to go in undercover as Nerd Herders (!) to find out what’s going on, but are rebuffed by the Moto Industries engineers. Sarah tries her hand at it instead. Somehow a gorgeous blonde who doesn’t know how to fix computers manages to gain access. They discover that terrorists have hijacked a dormant satellite and are planning to activate it and launch missiles starting a nuclear war. The code to deactive the satellite can be found on the final level of…Missile Command.

Now Chuck must find a way to beat the game before the worst happens, but there’s a final secret weapon that he’ll need to succeed: music from a certain Canadian band.

Chuck Girl: Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie is making her return to television but this time not to a reality series. She will guest star in an episode of the NBC comedy “Chuck,” as a mean girl who used to torture Yvonne Strahovski’s character in high school.

Come fall, Nicole Richie’s fans will be able to turn on their television sets one fine evening and watch her play the Mean Girl on NBC’s comedy “Chuck,” during a special episode that will chronicle the adventures of Yvonne Strahovski’s character, Special Agent Sarah Walker, as she attends her 10-year high school reunion.

According to NBC, Walker, who suffered in high school at the unforgiving hand of Richie’s character, “must face her fears” as she is forced to attend the reunion for a mission with costar Zachary Levi (Chuck) as her date.

Richie’s character will be a “snarky and spiteful girl who tortured” Strahovski’s character in high school.

The spy fantasy which debuted in September stars Zachary Levi as Chuck, a geek who becomes a counterterrorism operative by mistake. The show’s second season begins on September 29.

The show’s creator and executive producer Josh Schwartz said Richie “auditioned for the part and was very funny.” He concluded that the role is “a great opportunity for her to show off her comedic skills and be diabolically evil and kick some butt. It’s going to be really fun.”

This is hardly the first time Richie has been before a camera. She has previously guest-starred on “8 Simple Rules … for Dating My Teenage Daughter” and “American Dreams.”

She also co-starred alongside good friend Paris Hilton in the reality series “The Good Life.”

Richie was once known as a kind of “bad girl” herself, what with the partying, the substance abuse problem and being arrested for DUI. Having a baby with her boyfriend of almost two years, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, seems to have turned her life around. For the very much better.
